Centered in a commitment to liberation, we understand that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is not just a buzzword but (at its best) can be part of a larger social justice ecosystem dedicated to minimizing harm and creating a better present and future for ourselves and those around us, especially Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and many others often left out of the circle of human concern. Our approach is grounded in antiracism, evidence-based practice, existing expertise, and co-creation, and we are committed to helping organizations, employees, and people build off their strengths to discover and apply best practices that support meaningful DEI efforts and social justice movement building.
