Since 2020, Practica Consulting has partnered with leaders navigating change, helping organizations translate their values into stronger relationships, more equitable practices, and meaningful community impact.

Hola compañeros. My name is Patty Narváez-Wheeler. I'm a Nicaraguan-American strategist, facilitator, small business owner, and mother of two with more than fifteen years of experience helping people and institutions across the Pacific Northwest build cultures of equity, belonging, and cultural humility while strengthening decision-making and community partnerships.
I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work and certifications in Instructional Design and Change Management through the Association for Talent Development. My core values are curiosity, collective care, beauty, courage, and accountability—values that naturally guide Práctica's work as well.
Why do I do this work? I believe in the power of learning, reflection, and relationship-building to transform culture, strengthen institutions, and help us become better leaders, community partners, and stewards of our professional power. I am especially passionate about supporting leaders and organizations that are navigating complex change with limited capacity, helping them move from intention to action with greater clarity and confidence.
